  • I DO NOT LIKE TO GO TO GYMS. CAN I TRAIN AT HOME?

    Yes. In fact, many of our clients prefer to workout at home for time, privacy and other reasons.
    Workouts are available for home and gym training.
  • HOW CAN I GET IN SHAPE? I HAVE NO (OR LITTLE) EXPERIENCE.

    Our trainers design easy to understand and effective programs for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
    Plus, you can always talk with one of us, as we are here to help you!
  • WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

    We can design workouts for clients with any type of equipment. You can workout if you have access to a full gym or even if you have no equipment at all. Simple equipment such as dumbbells, a swiss ball, or resistance bands also make for great workouts and are inexpensive.
  • HOW CAN I TRAIN? I DON’T KNOW ANY EXERCISES.

    All of the exercises on iBodyFit have a video online, right on your computer.
    Just click the exercise and a video will instantly pop up showing you the correct form and technique.
    Follow along at home or print it out and take it with you.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET IN SHAPE?

    You will feel better after your first workout!
    Everyone has different goals. Most clients see results after 2-8 weeks.
  • WHAT DO MY WORKOUTS INCLUDE?

    All workouts include: Cardio Training, Strength Training, Flexibility, Core and Abs.
    Enjoy free Yoga and Pilates as well. Do as much or as little as you like.
    And remember, you can always speak with a Trainer at iBodyFit!
  • HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUT TO DESIGN FOR ME?

    Our professional, experienced staff will design your custom personal workout.
    Your workout will be designed around your responses to your ‘User Profile’ form when you sign up.
    Questions include: 'What is your fitness level? What equipment do you have? How often would you like to workout? What are your specific fitness goals?... plus any additional info that you choose to provide.
  • HOW DO I GET MY WORKOUTS?

    Just log on and enter your password. Your workout for the day will be listed. You can also view your future and previous workouts.
  • WHO CAN SEE MY WORKOUT?

    Your workout can only be viewed with your password and log on.
  • DO YOU HAVE YOGA AND PILATES?

    Yes. All clients are entitled to our Yoga and Pilates classes for FREE.
  • HOW LONG DOES MY TRAINING LAST?

    All programs run in four-week sessions. Continue with your program or renew for further improvement!
  • HOW MANY WORKOUTS DO I GET?

    You can workout up to 6 days per week if you choose. At least one rest day is always recommended.
  • DO MY WORKOUTS EVER CHANGE?

    Yes. We change your workout to show you new exercises, avoid monotony and ensure maximum results.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY PROGRESS?

    Your workouts are available for you to see and review whenever you please.
  • WHAT IF I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
