| PRE WORKOUT CONSULTATION | Before you begin training, we would like to get to know you and your goals so we can design a personal, effective and safe program. We'll discuss your exercise history, health and goals. This can be done over phone or in person. What types of exercises you like or dislike. Any limitations and necessary precautions (if any). Answer questions you might have. If you like, we'll test your Body Fat%, find your BMI, RMR, BMR, etc. If you prefer to train in your home, your trainer will bring the necessary equipment needed for the workout. If you would like to train in your community gym or another location, your trainer will meet you there. |
| WORKOUTS | WORKOUTS are 55 mins. Everyone's workout is different. Depending on your goals and the given day, you may have strength training, cardio training, abs, core, pilates, yoga, or a combination of all. Workouts start with a warm up, then exercises and end with a cool down & stretch. Your trainer will design your workout to meet your goals. |
| POST WORKOUT | All trainers have cell phones and
email addresses for fast responses. Your trainer will give you
healthy diet and nutrition tips and on going advice during your session.
However, if you have any questions, feel free to call your trainer, as
they are always willing to help. |
