Common Questions

How Long Is My Plan?

Your custom workout plan is a 4 week plan with up to 7 workouts per week (unless you purchase a longer term). During this time, you'll receive advice & feedback from me, workout adjustments and diet & nutritional advice.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Workout?

Your workout is guaranteed to be ready in 24 hours. However, most plans are ready in less than 12 hours.

What Happens When My Plan Ends?

After 4 weeks, you can renew for a new workout plan that is based on your previous results. If you choose not to renew, you can keep your current plan.

Do I Need a Gym Membership For My Custom Workouts?

No. You can get fit in the comfort of your own home.

Do I Need Equipment For My Custom Workouts?

No. Your workouts will be designed around the equipment that you have: dumbbells, bands, exercise balls, etc., or just body weight

What If I Need Help?

You're never alone at iBodyFit. I will be here to answer your questions, give you guidance & motivation, plus help you throughout each step of your plan. I am available via email, text, phone and social media.

What If I Don't Like My Workout?

I'm quite confident that you will like your workout, but if you don't, I will make adjustments based on your feedback and thoughts. Just let me know!

Can I Renew and Get New Plan?

When you renew, we discuss your previous month's plan, likes/dislikes, & new goals. I'll design a completely new workout plan that is based on your feedback.

Are There Any Contracts?

We don't like contracts and auto-billing either, so we offer our plans on a month-to-month basis, with no contracts and no auto-billing.

Can I Speak With Someone If I Need Help?

Of course. I'm here to help you. Email, text, call or reach out on social media. I respond to all communications daily, usually within a few hours.
